Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series runner-up primed for strong USF Pro Championships debut
BROWNSBURG, Ind. – Exclusive Autosport is excited to announce the addition of Connecticut resident Bex Cranston to its lineup for the 2026 USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire season, where he will compete in the #90 IES Tatuus JR-23. Cranston enters the year with strong momentum following a successful YACademy Winter Series campaign in which he earned three podium finishes and placed fifth in the championship. This overall performance highlighted his speed, consistency and readiness for the next step in his racing career.
“Signing with Exclusive Autosport is truly a dream come true,” enthused Cranston. “From day one, the EA team has made me feel like part of the family. Their dedication to performance and driver development is evident in everything they do, and the coaches, engineers, mechanics and staff all share the same relentless work ethic and commitment to winning. I’m confident that together we can achieve great things on track in 2026, and I’m incredibly excited to get started. This is a moment I’ve worked toward for a long time and I’m deeply grateful to my sponsors, my family and everyone behind the scenes who has supported me along the way. Their belief in me means everything. I can’t wait to begin this next chapter.”
Cranston brings a strong and steadily growing resume into his rookie USF Juniors campaign, highlighted by a runner-up finish in the 2025 Lucas Oil Formula Car Race Series championship and Rookie of the Year honors at Lime Rock Park, along with a New York State Rotax Senior karting title. After beginning in sim racing in 2020 and progressing from local karting in 2023 to national competition in Superkarts! USA, the Stars Championship Series and Rotax events in 2024, Cranston has quickly developed into a proven competitor. With consistent success across multiple levels of racing, the 17-year-old enters the 2026 season focused, confident and ready to start the year on a strong note with Exclusive Autosport.
“We’re very happy to welcome Bex to the Exclusive Autosport family,” said Josh Cooley, Co-Owner and President. “He has shown tremendous growth and maturity as a driver, and his recent performances have been very impressive. Bex brings a strong work ethic, a great attitude and a real determination to succeed, and we’re excited to work with him as he takes this next step in USF Juniors.”
Bex will join with his USF Juniors teammates, Brenden Cooley, Connor Aspley and Cole Medeiros this upcoming weekend at the Homestead-Miami Speedway for the USF Pro Championships Spring Training and Rounds 1-3 to kick off the 2026 season.
