THOROLD, Ont., Canada – Leonardo Serravalle is set to return to USF Juniors Presented by Continental Tire competition this weekend as the championship heads to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course for the fourth event of the 2026 season. Racing with Zanella Racing, Serravalle will compete alongside the NTT INDYCAR SERIES during one of the premier race weekends of the summer.

The Canadian enters the weekend with added confidence after recently stepping up to the USF2000 championship at Road America. While the event served as a learning experience, it provided Serravalle with valuable seat time in the next level of the USF Pro Championships ladder, experience he hopes to carry back into his USF Juniors campaign.

Having steadily improved throughout the season, Serravalle returns to familiar machinery with additional knowledge gained from competing against a higher level of competition.

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course has long been one of the cornerstone venues of American open-wheel racing. The 2.258-mile, 13-turn circuit will be home for Serravalle this weekend as he enters the event 10th in the championship standings, with the goal to move forward in the doubleheader weekend.

"Road America was a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in the USF2000 car," said Serravalle. "I learned a lot throughout the weekend, and I'm excited to bring everything I learned back to my USF Juniors campaign with Zanella Racing. Mid-Ohio has been a weekend I've had circled on my calendar for a while, and I'm really looking forward to getting back on track. I think we're in a good position to have a strong weekend. The goal is to keep building momentum, fight at the front, and come away with some solid results."

With additional experience under his belt and momentum continuing to build throughout the season, Serravalle heads to Mid-Ohio looking to capitalize on another opportunity to move forward in the USF Juniors championship. The race weekend will begin Thursday with testing before official competition starts Friday with practice, qualifying, and Race One. Race Two will conclude the weekend on Saturday morning.
